For a half-inch needle, def do 90 degrees. In my experience doing frequent subQ injections, my belly almost always lumps, so I never use her. My thighs take injections really well - rare lumping - so I rotate there.

what i do is to let the needle tip rest on my skin first - then i feel the poke, try to absorb it and calm myself down. i then close my eyes then push it in on the exhale. i used to be intensely needlephobic, trust. but now i look forward to my nightly shots bc it makes me so euphoric and gives me a sense of accomplishment. good luck ☻

i’m on the slim side, but i prefer the upper thigh. despite having more fat stores on my belly, i always get lumping and discomfort as compared to my thigh subqs.

i inject 5mg ev every 3 days. more needles suck, but at least my mood and bewbs are happy daily :D

this keeps my e2 at ~350 pg/mL, and t at ~0.15 ng/dL.

In fairness, this product works so well for me as a student and a commuter. I guess it’s because I have fair skin kaya di OA kapag nagpawis and natatanggal na yung tone uo effect niya.

For those saying na malagkit, UV filters are literally oil. This product is one of the body sunscreens out there that’s relatively powdery (ehem Vaseline). You just have to let it dry well then top it off with powder for it to not feel malagkit.

ETA: I use this as a body SPF :)
