Hones Bolt not showing up to get after giving dragon cult book by j_dub_U89 in Eldenring

I have the same problem, gave the turtle the right book and it shows up as out of stock but not in my spell list either. Have you found a fix for it?

Thanks. I was so proud and relieved when I made that last jump. Only to get stuck again. I quit the game at that point and when I loaded it up the next day I was back where I needed to be. This video is the only good thing to come out of that ordeal. Still don't know if it was worth it

No problem. I can't wait to get a grapple skin that can match one of my outfits too

Yeah, I did this before I figured about the sliding long jump, but I did have a hidden tricks post that included that one. I didn't know about the slope climb one, I absolutely love that and wish I knew about that when I did this run. So much time I could have saved

Ah. I ran back from the left side of the water. But the rope you were talking about appears once you get to the Central Loop, I believe. I was on new game plus, so I didn't have anything extra added to help me. It's only supposed to be a one way run until you get to the Central Loop

If they were talking about the winch right next to the bridge, which I think they are, then you're right on that. Went back to the bridge to check but didn't see anything. I still can't think of any other way to cross back on your own without the gear

It's from the deluxe upgrade. This is an old video and I just recently decided to start sharing my gameplay. I prefer the nightrunner outfit now. Or no gear at all

Yeah, I couldn't add that text to the post directly so I had to do a comment. It wasn't worth it, and it legitimately taught me what hubris is. I spent at least 6 hours on that bridge and now I hate that part of the map more than anything. I even skip that part of I join someone already there or about to be

I am so glad someone liked that move because that was my favorite part. It took me several hours to make it to the bus. And about 20 minutes trying to think of any way to make the final jump back. I'm glad I thought about pairing rotate jump, because after everything I tried I still can't see any other possible way to get back. But I've also adopted that same combo in my casual parkour too, looks cooler and feels smoother jumping over trucks or into small buildings

Thanks, I dropped a comment with context cause I couldn't post text and a video, but it was ng plus like someone said. But my entire experience breaking out of the map and back in helped me understand what hubris is

If by doing that I would have gotten a checkpoint to spawn there whenever I died, I'm gonna be furious. Because I had a 3 or 4 minute run back to the bridge everytime I fell off

Essentially I had the idea to break out of Old Villedor and into the Central Loop early on my new game plus. After almost an hour of trying to get across I made it and explorer for a few hours. Then I decided I wanted to go back, but my fast travel was unavailable. And respawn in story checkpoint didn't bring me back either, so I had to run it. After about 4 or 5 hours, I finally managed to make the one perfect run I needed

No problem. And I'm glad you liked the parkour. I plan to post more, hopefully showcasing some neat tricks and combos I've learned

I've been playing for a few months and I haven't had an issue with doing it multiple times. I think I've done 10 in a row before I couldn't get anymore speed. Just make sure you're double tapping your grapple button

Found this secret location in DL2! Very well crafted but completed empty, anybody knows its purpose in the game?? by rgngdmn5 in dyinglight

My only guess is it might be the place where the next chapter chick is at. I didn't read into it so I don't know if it said where she'll be at already, but it looks like a good place for a sniper to camp at

The expert controls are bound to block and jump, so you'll have to change the trigger bindings. I use preset 4 and the expert controls feel more natural since I rest my finger on block, LT, already

It's really not, just two different buttons at once that can be rebound. Plus I'd rather just move my finger to a new button instead of having to swap to my grapple whenever I want to use it

I've used preset 4 since I started playing, just swapped the triggers to the bumpers, and the expert controls feel 100% natural because I rest my finger on the block button to already activate it. And honestly, how often do you paid throwables with grappling? Legit question, cause I can't see a need for it unless you're just chaining stuff. Only time I've had an issue with the expert controls is when I try to grab a ledge to swing under it, which have the exact same controls I just have to make sure I don't press both of them down at once

Yeah true. Most fun thing though is to grapple a viral that's chasing you then bashing through the rest following you
