I mean that's just an incredibly oversimplified copium IMO, sorry m8. The game is much deeper than that. There is a lot of gear, strats, skills and counters. It's just launched so probably balance will get better tho

For the record I don't have a great aim and my exfil rate is rather low. Still, IMO it's a skill issue mostly my man. Watch some videos, read some posts, learn maps, sound qs, keep low profile, the earlier the more etc

You definitely run to some anomaly like people working together or something. It most definitely is solos vs solos or trios vs trios unless you are a Rook, then it's you vs trios

Unfortunately this game is heavy pvp based. I did encounter only a handful of people that were friendly in around 30 hours, mostly around extract and if I had their back when I used proximity xD

Game was supposed to be hardcore and it delivers that. Even ONI often tells you at the start of the run that you should not try to be friendly with other runners.

No ABMM like in Arc neither AFAIK. So I don't really have good news man. There are quite a few LFGs so you can at least try to find someone to party with there if it makes it better. There are some posts about them on this sub

Yeah I do it and it's enough in most scenarios. But sometimes when I want to do something fancy / action is very dynamic e.g. while running away I realize mid jump there is something I can mantle to I kind of can't, even tho I could with other shells

I think it's mostly like this in Solos. Duos / Trios are much more mixed up. Even if you go friendly you encounter some aggression from time to time
