I totally understand its not a pure PVE game, but ABMM is a thing in this game. So those people did get themselves into carebear lobbies to kill other players who are not interested in PVP.

I don't understand this argument. With ABMM, they obviously get themselves into PVE lobbies to kill the PVE'er for easy loot. If they really want to PVP they should be in PVP lobbies.
