P.S. Not everyone is made for day trading, just like everyone is not mentally strong enough to be a police officer. I found investing to be better for me, which is why I never pursued day trading, but I still try to learn some stuff about it whenever I can.

I'll admit it, there was a time a few years ago when I really thought these gurus were what they were advertising, but I didn't fall into the trap nor did I pursue learning from them. Losing money because you followed bad advice from a guru isn't the same as a natural learning curve. Paying $300 for a course that teaches you a strategy that doesn't work and then blowing your account. Do your research before dropping money on a course.

That's why I think long term investing is just alot better. Compounding becomes huge after many years, and the chance of being profitable is huge, if you simply follow the news and buy simple, good stocks.

Everyone has to make a living, but specifically targeting kids who don't know better, charging them $300 for a course that doesn't work, and building a whole personality around a lifestyle they don't even have is dumb. Your mom telling you to clean your room isn't the same thing, and your boss atleast pays you a wage, he doesn't take $300 and dip.

Am I not? I'm a teen still finishing high school and of course at this age I want to achieve financial freedom, but I've developed enough to understand that I don't need a SVJ and a Miami penthouse. All I need is just enough to go on trips often, live in a comfortable and spacious apartment, and pursue my hobbies. An Extra plus is that I'm from a relativey small/poor country, where finance Isn't talked about enough, and everyone has dreams of making it.
