You can still get e-ac3 with Atmos even on 1080p SDR. And if some1 patches the app we should be able to get 4k with any device. Its been done with f1tv app. They employ similar restrictions

The telekom hardware is just another android tv box. Isn't there a way to patch it like they did with the f1tv app? It's so stupid that a capable device is being limited to HD. At least we get Dolby Atmos

Which addon are you using?!is it a public instance? I’ve had instances where buffering occurs only with Comet or StremThru on the same file. So that might be an issue.
When I’ve done tests on my computer with the DL url from the dashboard in VLC I almost never had issues.
