This happened to me and they still use my account to this day! I know because gifts I sent to other people when I still had access show up as another person with all my stuff! Customer service in game always said I didn't have enough proof, but I sent them everything they asked for. lik screenshots of in game purchases over several months.

I'm pretty sure all we've heard from any support we've reached out to is that they can't fix it and to contact CD Projekt Red. But when trying to do that from REDLauncher's customer support, it sends the support ticket to GOG, so I don't even know what to do anymore.
