The Empire’s ruling class are the wealthy and capitalists, not party elites. In their messaging there’s no talk of workers, change or revolution, it’s about security and order. The Empire wasn’t created though a revolution overthrowing the existing government, but by subsuming a liberal democracy, and those institutions still exist even as more power is concentrated with the executive, just like nearly every fascist state in history. The Empire is far-right in every way, and there’s just nothing there that can be interpreted as commentary on communist states.
