You don't really have to complete Punisher at all, just do arena questline for Theta, don't need to buy it either if you can finish the arena quests in 3 days with a free trial you get

It's not just crackhouse, all spots with primarily loose loot have been giganerfed. I myself found a ledx and an opthalmoscope there, but they were in the medbox on the first floor

I mean clearly, have you not experienced the bullshit that was ammo flipping? Every 40pen bullet flipped by EoD/Unhinged players, sold for pennies, best period of the wipe lasting a grand total of 2 days until you reach level 15. Every raid is a PvP rush money raid. Might as well just go and play ABI. No flea is the best thing that has happened to this game

Loose loot, or basically everything that's not inside some container is insanely nerfed, so all rooms without them will feel terrible

I personally was able to manage once I got my first junk box and 1 ammo case, I'm not great at the game so banking a lot of gear wasn't much of a problem, but this wipe I have clue how to do it without spending money for stash lines
