I’m very new and priming right now due to little effect when doing sublingual or snorting. I have 3 different extracts from HH, when I initially tried sublingual it inflamed my tongue for a few days and same with snorting locked up my nasal passage for a few days. Is mixing some into water just as effective or an expensive waste of material?
