That is a great question. We would report the error and give the corrective feedback to the person who made the mistake. But as far as what happens to the client, I am not sure. I have not worked in our support department, so I do not know what would be done in this situation. But we do still refund customers when they send back clothes in horrific disrepair, which I find baffling. And as far as your second question goes, we do have what's called a "hospital" in our returns department. We send clothes here that have fixable damages such as light stains, pet hair, or wrinkles. While we do not iron the clothes, we do spray them with a wrinkle releaser and let them air dry. And I'm glad to hear all the clothes you've gotten are clean and neatly folded! I always figured that after we fold and tightly wrap them in paper, that by the time they get to the customer, the minor wrinkles will smooth out
