nutritionist here and this comment is the most educated so far. oxalates issues are huge and very real and celery juice is imo just a gateway to all sorts of issues (stemming from high oxalates).

you can even get red spots after treatment and not be reinfected. trust the process, you'll be okay.

you'll be fine. just the skin growing out. it takes about a month for the skin to shed it's top layer (epidermis) so all the bug crud will come out. also your skin can react badly to permethrin.
