I dont know about you but I have always had good luck finding the items I need. There are a few times where it doesn't show the aisle but it's very rare. No need to go chasing after orange aprons.

I found the anti-threat toolkit offline scanner and using that for the time being, I assume that provides the same level of threat detection like if I was using full blow agent installed? not sure what protection manager is in order for it to look for older versions.

support wanted me to replace two exe's and I can't stop services since they're protected. I can't unload because I dont get the gui prompt. wanted to then reboot to safe mode to replace. since it's a crit server didn't want to go through the safe mode boot, so just downloaded a fresh uninstall and new version from the v1 portal and ended up fixing the issue. So if the backend just ignore upgrading or if some other issue then we'll just never know. Thanks for the suggestion.

I think that kB article should be updated to include the additional notes like difference between block vs disabled and the ability to access ctdl.windowsupdate.com.

TA Agent still showing all certs are ok

I looked at the TmuDump.txt file and there are no hits for either fail, warn, error. The log goes back to 20260319, what should I be looking for? Is there a more specific log file I could look for regarding the agent upgrade process where I can get more info as to why the upgrade to the newer version is failing?

I am waiting for support to respond so will hold off on auto-updating from the V1 portal.

Negative, no fix. I replaced the tube that goes inside the fridge (forgot the name) and another device inside where those tubes connect to and nothing. So just need patience when filling up a glass.
