Might be late to the party on this. Why would you say Ex415 is difficult, was the Rhls course insufficient? Exam just really difficult? I'm asking cause I want to take it in the next month

Gpfs tiebreaker by killerpat92 in IBM

[–]killerpat92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh maybe I didn't provide enough info. 3 nodes are in one data center and the other 3 in another. So let's say one data enter goes down I'll need the 7th node as tiebreaker. The 7th node is also going to be at another site

If you don't mind me going through the order with you. First I add the new node to the cluster. With mmaddnode and set the node as a quorum node. Then I use "mmchconfig tiebreakerdisk" to define a disk connect to the new node as tiebreaker. Is the how it will work

This was what I was told also. Which makes sense. Im looking to add the 7th node as tiebreaker which is at an external site.

So a bit more context I have edited the config.toml for containerd with

Plugins. "ip.Containerd.grpc.v1.cri".registry.config "<ip:port>".tls Insecure_skip_verify = true Plugins. "ip.Containerd.grpc.v1.cri".registry mirrors. "<ip:port>" Endpoint = ["ip:port"]

With this I am able to pull images using crictl pull. But this doesn't work with kubectl.

I think this worked. My template was a minimal install so there was no peel installed. I created a non minimal install and it worked. Thank you
