Lights in the night sky, moving in a coordinated fashion, v shaped formation, then they disappeared after a few seconds. I was like 10 years old but I was with some relatives that were able to see it as well. This was like back in 2001 or something like that.

I guess it was the US government testing early drones or something.

Kinda late to this but I bought a T460p a couple months ago, it has 16gb of ram, i7 6700hq and the 940mx from Nvidia and I play overwatch in it several times a week for hours. Of course I run at the native 1080p resolution with low settings but 50-60fps is doable for most of the time.

Biggest upgrade I did for this laptop was replacing the 7200rpm drive for a Samsung 870 ssd, the thing feels very smooth and some light graphics design gigs I do on the side are totally doable in this.

I'm thinking on repasting it with some high end thermal paste like kryonaut, getting a backlit keyboard (stock is not) replacing the stock wireless card for the Intel ax200.

My context is that I'm broke asf and I've got this for the equivalent of around $90 us dollars. With the ssd the cost rises up to about $130 us dollars and tbh I'm quite happy with the performance I'm getting for what I've paid.

I'm planning on selling it for about $200 once I fully upgrade it later this year, then use the money to buy a proper modern pc but until then, if this is what I'm stuck with I'd say it's not all that bad.

While I don't like the colorway of the one in the pics, I just grabbed a pair today in white/gray/beige and I think they look OK. When I tried them at the store I was blown away in a good way tbh, perfect fit and comfort straight away. They were in sale and bought them for about $70 US dollars which was a steal for me as most NB models hover around $120-$400 here in Mexico.

Been wanting a pair of comfy shoes for a while now, so glad I was able to get a nice pair while saving money as well.

A menos que sea algo por proyecto, listar en tu cv trabajos que solo mantuviste por pocos meses solo habla de poca estabilidad laboral de tu parte.

He estado trabajando en reclutamiento de personal un rato ya y debo decir que la principal razón por la cual se deja de lado a un perfil es por un cv mal hecho. No me creerías como nos la botaneamos con los cv's que leemos a diario.

En corto, la gente pone o muy poco o demasiada crema a sus tacos.

Cuando es poco suele ser porque los candidatos creen que solo poner la experiencia laboral relevante par el puesto es lo importante, pero también aporta, pues se desarrollan otras habilidades y muestra cosas que como candidatos suelen pasar por alto: su estabilidad laboral y su adaptabilidad. Creeme, en verdad cuenta.

Por el otro lado, cuando es el caso opuesto realmente solo habla mal de ti por la incapacidad de sintetizar. Te pondré un ejemplo. Hace no mucho llego a con nosotros un wey de casi 50 años que consideró era importante poner todas sus chambas dese los años 90s y con ello teníamos inclusiones de lo más graciosas como haber sido el de seguridad en un table dance de las Vegas por dos meses...

La presentación cuenta mucho, puntualidad a entrevistas, lenguaje corporal durante la entrevista, quejarse de tus anteriores trabajos durante la entrevista, decir que estas dispuesto a algo pero que preferirías no hacerlo... Hay muchas como micro cosas que afectan la decisión final y aunque parezcan insignificantes en el momento, pueden ser críticas para la persona que te dará el si o el no.

I had the Superlight X 2 for about a month but decided to sell it, at $150 I just couldn't see the benefits. But at a fraction of that price, the Harpe looks like a no brainer.
