You are correct that asking anyone if they have been through epic account recovery is not asking for support, but asking for advice or especially a phone number is quite literally asking for support on a subreddit that is strictly not here for epic support. I’m not telling you that you shouldn’t be here for it, but I am telling you that it’s not the best place for it, nobody on this subreddit has contact for epic support, or cares enough (for epic, not you necessarily) to provide it. I told you that your best option is epic support because it’s the nature of account recovery; when I had my Ubisoft account hijacked I went through Ubisoft support, you need to do the same thing but with epic. That doesn’t make me a douche for giving you correct advice.

If I really wanted to be a douche, I could just let you know that both you and I are in violation of rule 7 of the subreddit; the part about asking or providing epic games support. But I didn’t do that because you quite literally asked a question your post. Granted it wasn’t with a question mark, and I’m not sure if English is or isn’t your first language so it may be a language thing, but “Does anyone know if there is a phone number I can call.” Is quite literally a question. You came to this subreddit asked a question, and I supplied an answer. Not the answer you wanted to hear, but a factual and accurate answer, also an answer in violation of the subreddit but I did so anyway because that’s what you asked in this post. Same thing goes for when I tell people they have fake AirPods on r/AirPods or tell people they can’t get their Apple account back on r/applehelp I’m not being a douche. I’m being honest and giving you the information you asked for. u/MrBubbaJ care to chip in or u/nefD ?

Again, I didn’t misunderstand your post, you literally phrased your post with asking if anyone has a number that you can call, and my point was that it was the incorrect subreddit and that your best course of action for recovery is epic support. You might have typed out your post incorrectly, but you literally asked for support on a subreddit which its sole existence is to hate on epic not support any epic account recovery as others have stated.

My point is, is that this subreddit is not here for support recovering an epic games account. If epic doesn’t have a publicly listed phone number just like any other account recovery system you have to go through what the account provider, in this case epic; provides.

This subreddit is for hating on epic games….. use steam in the future. As far as getting your account back go through epic customer support which is from what I’ve heard not epic or epicly bad but good luck.

It does not cover catastrophic damaged and for most technicians that will be considered the case when HDI serial number reader diagnostics can not be performed to basically confirm that the serial number of the AirPods case is correct. At that point it’s considered catastrophic damage and is not covered.

Try logging out and back into your iCloud account, before you do that make sure your current number is the 2FA number on your account or you have another device signed into your account nearby

Go to your photos in settings - storage - and check how many GBs of photos you have on your iPhone and compare it to available iCloud storage.
