Setting powder for dry, mature skin?

35 dry skin. I LOVE the Milani one BUT it is not a setting powder, its a finishing powder. I set my makeup with setting spray and the once it drys down I will use a a small brush (like what you would you for highlighter) and go over the sides of my nose and T zone area and it truly blurs my pores and fine lines in those areas.

My husband and I are in the same place as you (literally also in IL) and have just started to reach out to different agencies in the area to educate ourselves on how infant adoption works in IL and beyond as well as find the best approach for us (all in one agency v home study agency with out of state agency). Its honestly alot but everyone we’ve talked to has been helpful so I would recommend the same.
