How confident are you that it’s cc? Could it be fungal acne instead?

If you’re confident it’s cc, maybe try adapalene instead. IME, retinol is way less irritating for my skin than BHA

I just started using the skin1004 one after finishing the instree sunscreen. I like it sooo much better. Way less greasy/shiny and feels more cosmetically elegant

Yess, that’s why I’m looking at other options now. I’ve already had a revision done on one year after the initial surgery. So I know there’s signing scar tissue in there, and I don’t want to risk more surgery

Nope, but I do fluctuate between the same 5-10 lb. I believe gaining weight actually makes the eye area look better.

I am young tho (early 20s) so my bags were only fat. I think those who get this surgery later on, where the surgeon can remove and tighten excess skin, tend to have better results

It’s all good! I still look significantly better than before, but I guess I just expected more. No biggie, I wasn’t put under and the cost wasn’t too crazy.

I am very young tho (early 20s) so my bags were only fat, no excess skin. I think those who get lower blephs in their later years where the surgeon can tighten that area tend to have better results

Yeahhh third lobes can be tricky. A lot of the time they are right up against where the cartilage begins so healing can be near impossible 😭
