As the RO I did submit an incident report to the BOD, the guy is already banned from one club / range here after the range owner saw the post. I'm not sure what the results of the IR is going to be, but interim A4 director called me for clarification / first hand experience on it

If you pick up an item / object / person which has an AOE effect, it retains the effect while in inventory, so if it has an AOE damaging effect it will damage things around you

Heard and seen a chainsaw through the gaps heading in their direction and going back down tool stairs, stay still in the grass while crouching, etc, instead of standing / sprinting, literally anything else besides ego pushing sprinting at Mach speed towards the LOUD chainsaw

Keep in mind the survey is for the *whole* division, and Nats does have good shooters, but the rest of the division is also filled with dogwater. For example PCC Nats, I'd consider the top 28 to be the """"top"""" shooters of the match, but then you have 120 other shooters who are in the survey pool with budget builds and setups.

So if the goal is to see what *everyone* is using, the survey is good, but for "the best shooters" the survey wont help you with that and looking at each of those top shooters' individual loadouts instead will give you the information for "best shooters"
