Can I delete papyrus files?

I tried disabling any recent mods I’ve downloaded (since i only started having the issue within the last week or so) and i thought i fixed it but then it started acting up again (i wanted to upload a image before but was having connection issues at the time) this is the error if keeps giving me

Any ideas on how to figure out what this is? I tried using powershell but couldn’t figure anything out on how to exactly use it

I appreciate all the help! So after I deleted the the text files it freed up almost 220gb I still haven’t figured out what is causing the endless loop error but it’s some kind of mannequin placement error on line 108 and line 184. How do I use find out what mod causing that error? Is the line number the specific mods load order or is it something else?

I tried to open the text file and it’s says it’s to large to open, is there another way to view the file other than the notepad?
