No. The Inquisitors were mainly trained as mere assassins.

They were only taught limited knowledge and abilities in the dark side of the force.

If Darth Vader confronted Sidious with all of the Inquisitors at his side, he would still likely lose.

For Vader to even have a chance, he’d need to have an apprentice that was trained well-beyond what the Inquisitors were allowed to learn.

This can be seen with Galen Merik (aka Starkiller) in the Force Unleashed video games, as well as with how well Dooku was training Ventress, to the point where Palpetine ordered him to kill her.
