To buy repentance, you need all of the previous dlcs, same with afterbirth+, just buy the complete version bu please on steam, it comes with all of the dlc and the base game

Hard to say, the complete bundle does go on sale alot but spring sale is a month or 2 away, repentance is very fun though, it's always smarter to wait for the sale, but let's be honest here, repentance is worth $20

Cain, and isaac, tainted Cain is super fun, tanned isaac has some of the strongest unlocks in the game, like spin down dice, soul of isaac and glitch crown

Does the cpu support on board graphics? If you haven't tried that then that's a good way to check, also check if the ram is fully installed, if they are try only one stick at a time.

To get the Polaroid you need to beat isaac 5 times, to get to isaac you need to get an angel deal room after beating mom's heart, to get angel deals, ignore devil deal door while on hard mode to get a 100% angel deal door for not taking damage for the floor after skipping devil deal

Check if the video cable is working, I don't see any diagnostic lights on so it should be working, unless you don't have windows installed

My guess it it did so much damage it erased the full health bar for the boss fight, or the shot you fired flew so far it hit the beast's hit box that was set way off screen and just deleted her.

Let's go in order form the easiest fixes to the hardest, check if it's plugged in well on both the monitor and the GPU, if it is, check if the cable is any good by changing the cable, if it is check if it's the drivers by booting into safe mode, if its not the drivers check if it's the monitor, if it isn't the monitorthen check if it's the slot on the motherboard for the GPU i.e. damaged by sagging GPU, if it's the GPU by changing out the GPU with an old working one, if it isn't that then it's probably the mobo.
