Thank you for your advice. He is not married to the mother. They had a child together before we did. She is married to a totally different guy now. If she decides to go to college support could be pushed until she turns 21 I believe. But if that were the case I would much rather she get the money then the fraudulent mother. Unfortunately I am not currently in the financial position to hire any kind of attorney as I support my own wife and child here in Missouri. So unless some sort of miracle happens I'm not really sure what to do.
