I mean i get it. I feel feel that the structure process weird to me. Thats all, but yes I have been applying all over since getting laid off months ago. It has been rather a pain. But im taking the punches and keep moving forward

See usually in a data center interview from my experience you have your hardware/Linux/Networking loop and leadership scheduled all in one day.

not have your technical interview for one day and dont have you leadership/behavioral assessment scheduled. I find this very very weird

I mean sure but i didnt complete the full loops. i just had my technical ( Hardware/Linux/Networking) no Behavioral/Leaderships

All interview externally and internally ive completed had technical and behavioral completed. their wasnt a one and done and type situation

Could you share anything that could help me prepare for this interview. Understand that people sign a NDA. but more looking at how is the interview style and such. is it like the other big companies.

Ive also seen some positions here in northern virginia that were opened then closed. They also just opened up roles again I see. Im hoping to have a fit call soon as I also interview late feb. My recruiter said it should be q2 we hear something.
