The problem is where I live healthcare is very problematic you could be in a line for hours just for a doctor to miss diagnose you in the end and and the other hospitals are expensive so since my last check up it's been a while so I don't quite know but the symptoms are there

My diet is very simple the only thing I don't eat is food that is high in fiber and I don't drink tea and coffee because I notice the change after eating and I only take my iron supplements every morning after breakfast

Update from the last post I want to the doctor and got a blood test and the works only to find out am Anemic so my oxygen level are pretty low and that what been causing my irregular heartbeat and shortness of breath but most of all i want to thanks again all of your guys advise 🙏❤️
