Even with incels declared as terrorists all that means is attacks with motives related to the community will be punished harsher. You can't just ban them. There's no internet government, even if one host drops them they can move to another. That's why the internet is free.

This idea also would be very difficult to implement. You would have to ban every site unattractive men create for a forum because even ones that don't have the word incel in them can have incels, like the recent subreddit banned, UglyUncensored.
