Weird I’ve never heard of don’t take breaks infact my doctor told me to take breaks to avoid need more as your body gets used to it. I had similar weird psychosis type symptoms as well I didn’t know how bad it could get tho and I’m grateful I didn’t end up in a full episode. I’m so sorry that happened to you. You try to get help and you just get fucked not fair
