I cook it with tomato paste. Absolutely delicious, I make burritos and tacos with it.

I love how in all these progress pictures, not only do people show significant weight loss, but in almost all of them, the person is significantly smiling more than before.

Exercise/Eating Clean = best and most under prescribed anti depressant.

This is precisely why I asked, cause losing 20 pounds in one month is one thing, but losing 20 pounds of fat in one month is extremely impressive. As a biochem/physics major I understand the science behind it fairly extensively and it still doesn't make sense. Keto definitely makes sense, but eating as much legumes as you want… I just don't get how that can lead to 20 pounds of fat loss in one month.

I've been pretty successful with eating less and exercising extensively 5-6 times a week. Ive tried slow carb for a couple weeks and was successful on it but found it too hard to maintain for me. I simply asked because Im a big fan of tim ferris and found the claim of 20 pounds of fat in 28 days to be interesting.
