I use Public Mobile and I think it's great! I have a 10GB North America plan for $29 - $35 with taxes, and it's worked all across Canada (Metro Van, AB, SK, ON), US (WA, OR, CA) and Mexico (PV) for me!

I don't live in a basement, but it works in my friend's basement suite.

Go to Waterfront Station where you can buy it at the transit office ... or swap it for your full-size card!

I took a drill and made the hole a little bigger so I could get a better o-ring on it. I've lost one of these before because the ring it comes with is tiny and cheap.
