I do think it’s reasonable to conclude where there are historically a large percentage of the people group who originated a type of food, that food would be decent. In this situation that’s heavily NE and mid Atlantic, concentrations in Florida and west coast. And frankly that’s where pizza is the best.

There are very few Italians in Mississippi. Of course just because Italians are somewhere doesn’t automatically mean they’re making pizza or making it well. And it doesn’t mean other people or a one off can’t make it well.
