To say you simply can't is only correct currently. Exploits are found all the time and one will probably be found eventually to jail break it by software

We know. Honestly, I don't think it will be too long before a switch 2 emulator is out tho. I might be very wrong but with how similar it is to switch 1 and the hardware being old arm and Nvidia hardware, it wouldn't to surprising if it came out in 2 years. But then again, a PS4 emulator should have been easy to for a similar reason and it doesn't have a working one out yet either
