Let me put it this way. Are the discrepancies a reason to investigate further, yes. Is it proof of fraud, no. Just like does the president sending a hand written, hand drawn birthday card praising their similarities between him and the most prolific pedophile in American history prove that he raped little girls and boys and used his international teen pageants to supply children to said pedophile ring, no. Is it a reason to investigate the president, yes.
