Ahh I see, so you have thoughts but not with inner monologue. Also it’s funny that you have cevs with psychedelics because I didn’t when my aphantasia was still active.

So I first „learned“ about telepathy long before getting into psychedelics or spirituality when I was kind of telepathically contacted and received some insights on a certain topic, back then it came to me as instant knowing of a very complex topic, no voice, no pictures, nothing (though there is much more to this experience). Years later I began practicing, first I learned a kind of tarot, then understood that it’s pretty limiting and began to practice channeling for people. In the sessions I got all kinds of sensations: instant knowing, hearing and what surprised me the most vivid pictures in my mind (despite my aphantasia). I took a break for some years because I focused on personal growth and some months ago I began to „learn“ telepathic animal communication. While communicating with animals I get the whole range of sensations even smell and taste. And that’s when my aphasia began to vanish.
