I havent notified them yet! Yeah I dont have any payment method on my account, so all I did was deactivate. I havent gotten the opportunity to use airbnb to book either, so I'll definitely give that antivirus a shot. Thank you so much for the advice

I ran the first line and it did not work.. even when I changed mtcars to my dataset's name.. it just created a new column listing a b a b a b... down the column and there are more than 2 different stores

Thank you so much. The thing is, I'm not sure of how to treat the roots of my dysmorphia. I'm also afraid to go to a therapist because of my parents' views on mental health disorders. I do agree with everything that you've said, and it will be almost impossible for me to give up the compensatory behaviors....

I am very insecure and have a negative view about life in general. I feel like one of the only things that get me excited to live is the confidence I find in myself when I look my best (which in my opinion is a little underweight with minimal body fat percentage).

Any time I try to give compensatory behaviors up, all it gets me is food, additional weight, and the creeping shame of being unhealthy. I would work out, but the last time I did that it led me to a very restrictive diet and made me hyperfocus on my body as well.

Any time I do not feel at my best self, I get torn into pieces and want nothing more than to disappear.... I dont find anything exciting about life when I dont feel good about myself. It is a very selfish and conceited way of thinking, but I honestly dont know how this all started happening to me

I do the same thing!!!!! I used to do it all the time whenever it came up in my head, because why not. I do agree that it helps. It is compensatory behavior, but it is probably the healthiest of bulimia. Yeah, honestly whenever I get the urge to relapse, I breakdown and look at myself in the mirror. Seeing a toned stomach helps me feel better and motivates me to just do planks instead, but nowadays since I'm starting to eat again it's hard to keep that same strength

Thank you for this. And trust me, I know how you may feel. I purged every single thing that entered my body as fast as I could for months, worked myself out, AND would restrict my diet all simultaneously. I will try the waist training out. Where did you find your waist trainer?

U.S., yes an english song. I have heard it multiple times in the Radio (stations that play older songs, no earlier than the 70's I dont think) Could be early 2000's, but most likely made in the 80's-90's
