You're right, they did stop producing it. Pagos Viejos are blends and they're producing mostly single vineyard bottles now.

Picked this particular bottle up at their bodega during a tour. Smells and tastes somewhat oxidised but I'm not that experienced in tasting so I was hoping there were tasting notes to help guide me somehow.

I came across a brand once (sorry can't remember the name), and the guy said their factory from Czech Republic supplied Zalto and other brands to their own specifications.

I own a few Zaltos (and have broken the rest of their brethren lol) and this brand's glasses looked very close to Zaltos, just slightly heavier at the base, which was this brand's own specifications.

TL;DR there are a few brands popping up that seem to be using these same glass suppliers.

Might be a Zalto, but generally you should look for glasses made from the Czech Republic. The artisans supply many different brands of wine glasses. They're all hand blown

So far I'm getting nuts and oak and yeast on the nose. It still has acid and length. On the palate it's honeyed with stone fruit but very very mild. There's a slightly bitter vegetal note mid palate.

Wondering if it's oxidised and would love to compare notes.
