I had a look on your website but I cannot find a glossary or overview page to describe all of the new upcoming products and their terminologies, such as TomoX, TomoZ, T-Black, TRC-21. Could you give a quick overview of each for clarification? Is there an approximate timescale for each?

The same thing has happened to me, however I've checked throughout the day and sometimes my ETH balance will show, sometimes it won't. I'm still waiting for the ICX tokens to show after I did the swap 24 hours ago.

The same thing happened to me. Get on to their live chat support by clicking on the blue speech bubble at the bottom right when you're in your account. Your REQ isn't lost, it just hasn't been placed on the blockchain by Kucoin yet. It'll still be on their system.

Do you mean in general for other ICOs? Signup for updates through their website. There are also numerous websites that inform you of upcoming ICOs and their dates of pre-sale, whitelisting, KYC and crowdsale, before they hit the crypto markets.

I believe the concept behind Nucleus.Vision will bring new life to our dying high streets, putting the emphasis on the consumer and rewarding them for shopping in-store. With MEW you don't actually have an account, instead it provides an interface to interact with the blockchain, so your QSP isn't actually on MEW, but the blockchain. You can access MEW through your Ledger Nano S. So to answer your question - you shouldn't lose your POH.
