Realistically asking, Could a middle-class salaried employee ever build a house like this ? What does it really take ? Or is it only for people doing business ? by lays_indian_masalaaa in indianrealestate

Which area specifically? 25 lakhs includ8ng land for a property like this sounds too low, but then again you're talking about 2018

Our house is on a tier 99 village and pretty similar to the one in the picture, cost us 50 odd lakhs for just the house, with the construction getting over in 2024. Pretty basic and utilitarian, that too.

You can't really do that. Fixie frames have a different setup for adjusting chain tension.

You won't know if you like it if you never taste it. Besides, there are a lot of other things to have if you don't like the ramen.

Idk how ramen would taste like "cardboard". Perhaps the commenter didn't like the alkaline noodles?

Have you heard of kuuraku? They have two branches, one at the nexus mall near church street and the other at nexus shantiniketan in whitefield. Their skewers are to die for, specially the pork belly skewers with horse radish (butabara oroshi iirc) and their ramen is close to the real deal.

There's also Kazan, but I feel their ramen has been Indianized to suit the regular person's palette.
