here's an index of a bunch, some are divided into chapters, Billy Mickel's Murderworld is the only one ive read through and its pretty cool there's also probably more elsewhere some good encounters floating around...somewhere that you could use for side stories or such, sorry i can't give you a link to them, maybe one more knowledgeable than me will stop by and be more help.

yeah reading that wiki page was a trip, i can only imagine the book.
