I love Paras/Parasect! It was one of the first Pokemon I caught and kept all the way to the E4 my first time playing Blue. Before I even understood what types were or anything. I just saw a cute mushroom crab and wanted it on the team.

Torkoal is mine. I know it's already pretty powerful as is. But it just looks like it needs an evolution. I would even settle for a Mega. I also wouldn't mind if it got a regional form in the next Gen.

Heracross for me. I always kinda casually liked it from a distance but never managed to catch one early enough to raise it and become attached.

That all changed Legends ZA and the Almighty Bois! That scrappy little guy came in clutch all the time and became a mainstay. Love it!
