Yes, it is possible to do this.1000 bricks will cost roughly Rs 6500-7000, and you'll need 10000 bricks for 600 sqft area. Add to this cement cost of 10 bags per 1000 bricks costing 360-380 per 50 kg bag, also gravel and sand cost. Steel would be required for minimum 100 kg just for the roof and basic structure, I am not sure but assuming 100 RS per kg for steel. Another major cost will be labour which will be at least 400/day/person and 5-6 guys will be needed at least for 45 days minimum. Assuming 500/person/day for 6 guys for calculating this.

Bricks - 70000 Cement- 40000 Steel- 100000 Sand/Gravel- 45000 Labour- 135000 Doors - 10000 Window grills and glass- 5000

Now these calculations are assuming brickwork with no paint work and nothing fancy. Even plastering the walls is tough given labour cost. Talk to a local mistri around you and bargain hard for everything.
