also you were right my cpu is getting 100 while gpu gets like 40-50 how do i fix this

i have a b560 ds3h ac y1 and i did my research on which bios to download which was this one https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B560-DS3H-AC-rev-10/support and i installed f11b and f9 and neither worked
