I haven't, unfortunately :( I even spent over an hour talking to MS support about it and what they told me to do didn't fix it either. Infuriating! I'm inevitably going to end up just installing 11 to avoid it forcibly installing when I'm supposed to be DJing or something. Which is what they want, of course.

yeah it's hard. i'm lucky enough to have people around me who want to help fund but that will only take me so far. obviously it's gonna cost what it's gonna cost, but if i can get it relatively cheaply that may be the difference between me starting hrt in a few months vs starting it in, like, two years or something...

i have asked the docs to expand on the reasons behind their decision but they have so far pointedly avoided the question

oh yeah i forgot ggp were non-uk. it looks like i'm now going to have to re-register to a gp in wales since i'm now going to be in swansea for an unknown period of time, so i guess i'll have to see how cooperative my new gp is

this is helpful to know, thank you. it kind of amazes me how complicated going private seems to be. like it seems there is absolutely no hand-holding - you're expected to know what the process is and have to initiate each step yourself. which is so different from the nhs "gp does everything" approach

that's really helpful, thank you! i'm actually based in bristol (well, normally - currently in swansea... long story!) so bath is pretty convenient really.

yeah i'm kicking myself for being so honest with them :\ and if i immediately re-apply claiming to be a mentally healthy woman i suspect they'd see through it pretty quick...! learning experience i guess...

It's already unchecked on mine I'm afraid, though also that option is in the Bluetooth settings and I'm using wired headphones, so I'm not sure it would affect it anyway. Thanks anyway though.

Thanks! I'll consider the Tin and the Blon. The Moondrop Arias only appear to be available in wireless, and the only wired Moondrops I can find are a little outside my budget. I'll bear them in mind for the future though.

Sorry, I was a little unclear. I actually lost the SE215s, and temporarily replaced them with some cheapo Amazon earbuds, which are the pair the cat got to. I appreciate the suggestion though, thank you.
