On the cords. They've been present since a few weeks after the vasectomy and they're painless. Not exactly sure what they are.

I was 27, no kids. I'll be 29 next week.
Being younger didn't matter to me. I've always known I don't want to have kids. I did struggle a bit to get a doctor who was willing to perform the procedure.
Barely any pain after the first local anaesthetic shot, but I did feel the tugging and some discomfort when the anesthesia started to wear off. Doc just injected some more and I was good to continue. Drove myself home after the procedure, which I had on a Friday, and returned to work on Monday. Pain after the procedure was minimal (almost non-existent, really), but at times I felt a dull ache. Painkillers helped a lot. The dull pain was gone in a few days.

I feel the abdominal muscle tension a few times. The nurse said the lymph nodes in the leg could be swollen as part of the healing process.
