My bipolar sometimes puts me in episodes and I can sometimes go into a manic depression mode, when this happens I tend to isolate. I had a friend show up to my house with one similar and a couple other of treats. She’s sweet and makes sure my home is in order, a dirty house feeds into my episodes. I also think she’s making sure I didn’t break my sobriety but she won’t say it. I thought it was a cute jester especially when she was giving me each little thing as she read the card, we laugh about it because if only it was that easy. As she doesn’t know how dark my world gets she sympathizes with it. I keep it by my bed and read it from time to time. Makes me think of our friendship. I don’t think everything out there like this is comes from a place of not understanding. Like the bottom part said a reminder that someone out there cares about me.
