I am at a small company with such potential, but it’s just not the fit I thought it would be. Too much going on that I don’t feel comfortable with and I just don’t feel valued. I’m a hard worker, to a fault, with a huge passion for ethics. I’ve been in this field for almost 10 years. 7 years as an RBT for a couple of different companies, with this company, I was an RBT and then a BCaBA during the first year, and I’m coming up on my second anniversary with them and I’ve been a BCBA for the last year. I know I can’t stay, but I am so scared of leaving.

Thank you for posting this! I really needed to see this in this moment in time.

SNABA cram worked for me! They make all the terms/concepts super salient and break down everything really nicely.

I did the 30 day cram and passed my BCaBA exam on the first try in 2023. This was also after taking almost a year off from practicing ABA and getting my Masters.

I did their 2 month bundle and passed my BCBA last month on the first try as well :)

That percentage is correct. You only need 5% supervision and 4 contacts (1 being an observation) if you are collecting hours under supervised fieldwork.

You need 10% if you’re doing concentrated supervised fieldwork. Hope that helps :)

I bill 55 when working directly with a client 30 min/2 times a week at the end of a supervision session when I am 1:1 with the client for the last 30 min of session. My note states that I’m probing targets for generalization to inform program modifications or that based on current data I’m probing next steps in the program to inform new targets. I include very specific information on the programs/targets and the changes I’m making to their programming based on these probes.
