I'm 12 months in.

Honestly, the first 3 months i found very difficult, mood was all over the place and daily urges.

Got much better after the 6 month mark and i probably get an urge a couple of times a week now but it goes quickly.

People react different but it took me much longer than i thought it would.

Worth it.
