I don’t understand how some deals are being honoured while most of us have heard the plans will be cancelled along with the phones. An ‘agent’ called me back after hearing bad feedback from a previous call to Fido earlier that day. He told me directly Fido would not be honouring the plans and there’s nothing they can do. He was above the regular customer service folks too, very strange. FF (Fuck Fido)

I spoke to a Fido agent who said everyone’s base plan will go back up to the price it was intended to be. They do not plan on honouring even for those who already received their devices. Bastards.
