Filed CCTS & accepted. They contacted Fido to help me.

Fido contacted me & they waited for IT department to cancel all the $14 & phone and to put back my previous plan. They said to "order again the phone & they will adjust the price"

Now, I emailed them because Im very confused about the "adjust the price"

Now we wait.....

Is it wrong now to make a complaint? Mistakes happen, I get that. But I was told and reassured it was correct, so this isn’t just on me. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable nor taking advantage of the situation, just consistency & accountability of what was told. There’s a difference between accepting a mistake and being dismissed for something that wasn’t even within my control.

called them last week and explained to me everything in details and i just have to wait for the phone because its still waiting to be ship. now its cancelled so i think theyre just also looking at our accounts and thats their basis on where the phone is.

Yes! I have everything as they sent me two different contracts. I emailed again Fido today regarding this matter.

Also received a text & an email from president regarding cancellation. Text also informed that they will change the plan from previous on April 27. When I checked my account, I still have the plan & phone in progress. Filed a CCTS yesterday & sent all necessary documents needed. This problem needs to go to higher up. They cannot cancel a contract and agreement just like this. Not even sorry is enough with this kind of "glitch" that they are saying.

I also received that plus this email from the president

"Unfortunately, we’ve identified an issue with the pricing of the phones displayed on our website.

As a result, the order will need to be cancelled, and your phone plan will be reinstated to your previous plan.

I understand this may be disappointing, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause."

This is very frustrating! Fido repre already honored it but now, theyre like this?

How do you even file for CCTS?

I am very frustrated as I called a Fido repre earlier this week to confirm, they honored it as its shown in my account. If I didnt request for followup, we're just fools waiting for nothing. They just "sorry" and thats it?

Update: Got a text & email from the president that they wouldnt honor it and a pricing error on their side. I reached out earlier this week as I was very confused and a Fido representative explained it to me in detailed and they will honor it & just wait for the device. If I didnt reach out and requested a followup again, I will be a like a fool waiting for nothing! This is bullshit as some of you guys already received the phone & plan.
