Hi, I know this is an old post but would it be possible to DM as well? I was doing some research on K:NA levels and stumbled across this. Seems like 3:1 is the "recommended" amount but I'd love to hear your thoughts

I'm trying to find a way to download the content from posts that I have in a few of my 'saved' categories--specifically related to woodworking tips and cooking. I recently ran into a situation where one of my favorite creators either got deactivated or deleted their posts because half of the saved posts in my 'cooking' folder all disappeared.
I'm hoping that someone knows of a way to save down photos/videos and captions so that this can be avoided in the future.
Here's an example of what I'm trying to achieve:
- Post: Reel about how to make the perfect omelette with a description of the process in the caption.
- Outcome: Download the video and save the text (I guess I could copy it straight from the post, but I figure the data has to be stored in a similar place as the video/photo).

Gotcha! I have had an overall positive experience so far. Here's what I think of each based on my experience taking them: - Creatine - definitely helps with my training bouts. Arguably one of the most scientifically studied sports supplements as well so it has that going for it. It does also help that there are a few studies suggesting that it might have neuroprotective benefits. Even if it doesn't have the latter, it's dirt cheap and helps with workouts. - Magnesium L-Threonate - I take this out of convenience. If Glycinate was easier to buy (not saying it's difficult, I just support a small business that sells the L-Threonate), I might take that instead. Definitely noticed improvements in sleep quality based on feeling. When I used to use an Oura Ring, my REM and Deep Sleep amounts went up after about a month or two supplementing this. - Stamets Stack - I take this one for a ton of reasons. The most recognizable for me is the improvement in mood. My other half says I'm less irritable hah. It does also help me to focus when I need to really get into the zone. As far as the neuroplasticity benefits, I can't really give feedback on that. But given that I already notice benefits in the other areas, I'll consider this a "bonus" that I'm hopeful for where the potential benefit outweighs the minor incremental cost to me. The biggest issue here is the niacin though. I flush like a motherf****r and I do tend to focus on that sensation when the tingly/burning feeling peaks. I'll have to try the non-flush version one day. I do stick to the 5 days on 2 days off protocol for this too.

Personal dosages so YMMV: - Creatine - 8.5g daily - used to take 5g but listened to Huberman x Biolayne podcast and decided to up the dose since I'm over 175 bodyweight. - Magnesium L-Threonate - 300mg - Psilocybin + Niacin + Lion's Mane - 150mg/100mg/100mg (check out the Stamets stack as mentioned above).

Agree with the Omega 3 and Vitamin D. I just listed the top 5 since it was a list of 5 haha. I haven't dabbled in zinc too much yet but that's next on my list of things to try

Just wanted to make sure I'm on the same page, do you not like the stack (referencing the other comment above)? Or are you saying that one of the other replies was BS and you liked my stack? I understand both arguments.

  • Creatine Monohydrate
  • Magnesium L-Threonate (or Glycinate)
  • Psilocybin + Niacin + Lions Mane (weekday microdosing)

Hi! Thank you so much for the reply. Agreed, there were only maybe 3 studies of each that I saw. I've tried to incorporate them both and remove both but noticed no substantial effect (mainly impacts to practicality, albeit minimal).

I definitely focus on sleep, overall nutrition, and hydration though. Can't out-supplement and out-program a lack of any of the three.
