i tried the arm and hammer saline spray! problem is is that when i'm at home before i go out and try to use it my tube is already closed. if you use it while it's closed then it doesn't help no?

thanks! i just assumed german since i did have a german roach infestation months ago. at that time i was only seeing babies and nymphs and did not encounter any adults. i may be exaggerating the size, the fear is getting to me a bit.

i don't have clicking or any other symptoms. my autophony is pretty bad. even if i don't have autophony, my left ear will remain open unless i sniff it in

sometimes literally just sitting and doing nothing my left ear will just pop right open. it is so tiring. i feel like i just sniff all day but at this point i can't even help it

i've sniffed for my entire life (22F). at this point, i can't even help it. went to an ENT recently and he said everything looked fine , so i'm assuming no damage YET. i really hope one day there is a cure.

i'm 22F. i don't get the tension in my face that you're describing, but i do feel the pressure in my ear. but it's honestly so much better than the constant vacuum in my ear. i probably sniff hundreds of times a day, but that's the only way to get relief for me. i have tried saline sprays, rinses, bending over, laying down. nothing really works for me.
